It is made of steel sheet, coated with black polyester lacquer, the screws are electroplated. The cabinet is equipped with a surge suction nozzle and protective grille according to EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-80 and is mounted on a stand made of steel tubes. The cabinet can be rotated according to the air flow direction after loosening the nuts.
Running wheel
is made of glass fibre reinforced thermoplastic. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940. The rotation of the blades is set by the manufacturer.
Motor
asynchronous with resistive armature, stator with cooling fins, black epoxy lacquer finish. The motors are equipped with thermal fuse as standard, the windings are tropical finish with class F insulation and working temperature - 40 to +70 ˚C. Grease-filled ball bearings for life. IP65 protection.
Speed control
is carried out by electronic or transformer regulators by changing the voltage. Size 630 cannot be regulated.
Rotation direction
cannot be changed. Air flow from impeller to motor.
Clamps
is standard black plastic, is located on the housing and includes a fan switch. On single phase designs it also contains a start-up capacitor. It is IP65 rated.
Mounting
The fan can be erected on the workplace on any solid base.
Instructions
Fans are suitable for ventilation of production halls, foundries, forges, drying rooms, machine rooms, construction sites, greenhouses and kennels.
