Cabinet
Spiral radial fan casing is cast from Al alloy, coated with grey epoxy paint, max. air temperature 120 ˚C (CST, CBT and CBB fans), 70 ˚C (CSB - 60) or 80 ˚C (CBT - 125, 160 and 170).
Running wheel
The impeller is radial, cast in Al alloy.
Motor
Motor is asynchronous with short armature, ball bearings with grease packing for life. Motor out of air stream. Protection IP55, insulation class F (models CSB, CST and CBT-40 protection IP44, insulation class B).
Square box
The terminal block is located on the motor.
Speed control
Inquire about the possibility and conditions of using VFVN frequency converters.
Mounting
Mounting is done on the mounting base. All types (except CSB and CST 60) can be rotated after 45 to achieve the desired discharge direction. At the same time, the motor can be mounted on both the right and the left without having to change the direction of the discharge port.
Instructions
The fans are suitable by their design for very long ducts in various process and air handling applications. They are not suitable for the extraction of wood dust and grit, or other flammable or explosive mixtures.
Caution
Alternatively, motors are supplied with a thermal fuse in the winding. In this case, the wiring diagram supplied with the fan in the documentation must be used. The thermal fuse must always be plugged in, otherwise the motor is not eligible for warranty repair.
