Product description
Cabinet

is made of galvanized steel sheet, with flanges for square pipe. The enclosure is internally coated with a 25 mm thick layer of insulating material, which significantly reduces the noise emitted to the surroundings. Operating temperature maximum +40 °C.

Running wheel

has Al alloy blades and a steel plate hub. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced. The impeller blade angle is set by the manufacturer. Number of blades 3, 6 or 9.

Motor

is asynchronous with short armature. Supply voltage 230/400 V/50 Hz up to 3 kW and 400 V/50 Hz for higher outputs and two-speed motors. Four-pole or six-pole design. Motor protection IP55, insulation class F.

Clamps

is located on the motor.

Speed control

is performed by frequency converters.

Flow direction

is from the motor to the impeller as standard, and vice versa on request.

Noise

Noise parameter values for each size are given for the performance characteristics.

Mounting

Fans in each motor axis position. The casing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the piping. A flexible connection to the piping must be used.

Instructions

Ventilators are suitable for industrial and construction applications. A great advantage is the noise insulation of the enclosure. Please enquire about the fire-resistant variants, which are supplied under the name CHGT.
