Cabinet
The cabinet is made of galvanized steel sheet and is provided with thermal insulation. The impeller is separated from the motor by an insulated bulkhead. A thermostat control is located on the fan shroud. The thermal sensor is located on the fan discharge and has a range of 0-90 °C.
Running wheel
The impeller is radial with forward curved blades, made of galvanized sheet metal. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor
The motor is single phase, 230 V / 50 Hz, with built-in thermal protection and is designed for continuous operation at temperatures up to 180 ºC.
Electric connection
Electrical connection via a lead-out cable under or on plaster. Termination of the fixed supply in the installation terminal block located on the fan cabinet.
Speed control
The fan automatically starts according to the temperature set on the thermostat. It switches off if the temperature of the air flowing from the fireplace insert falls below the set point. The recommended temperature is 40 °C. In addition, the speed can be continuously controlled by the REB controller, but the temperature increase must be taken into account due to the slower air flow.
Noise
Noise emitted by the fan is measured at the inlet, discharge and free field at 3 points on the power curve.
Mounting
Mount the fan in each position of the motor axis. It is primarily mounted in the canopy and at a distance of approximately 2 m relative to the axis of the intake duct. It must be placed on a solid base, for example 2 solid boards, with approximately 5 cm thick non-combustible semi-rigid insulation sandwiched between them. The CHEMINAIR must not be covered with an insulating layer to allow natural ventilation of the engine.
Accessories
- fireplace grilles
Instructions
Fans are suitable for distributing warm air from the fireplace insert to other rooms in the apartment or house.
Caution
All components must be kept at the prescribed operating temperature to avoid damage to them or endangering building structures. Consult the designer or installer for use.
