Cabinet
It is made of galvanized steel sheet, the frame of the unit is made of aluminium profiles. The cabinet is internally coated with a 25 mm layer of soundproofing material. On the cabinet there are circular sockets with single-edged seals for connecting flexible hoses or circular pipes. The individual panels are interchangeable.
Running wheel
is radial with backward curved blades and is statically and dynamically balanced. The impeller is pressed directly onto the outer rotor of the motor.
Motor
EC motor with thermal overload protection. Operating temperature -20 to +40 ºC. CVAB fan motors are 1-phase for 230 V, CVAT are 3-phase for 400 V. Protection rating IP44 (CVAB) or IP54 (CVAT).
Clamps
is located on the front of the cabinet, protection IP55.
Speed control
is performed by means of a potentiometer located in the terminal block or by an external REB Ecowatt control. In addition, an analogue 0-10 V control signal from a temperature, humidity
or CO2 sensor.
Mounting
Only in the position shown in the diagram with the motor axis horizontal. The location of the discharge spout can be changed during installation by interchanging the spout panel with either side or top full panel.
Instructions
The ventilators are designed to ventilate houses, social facilities, offices and business premises. Conveniently, when installed in the soffit, flexhead, fittings, junction boxes and plate valves can be used. The fans can be used in conjunction with a contact hygrostat or a hygrostat combined with a thermostat for ventilation of wet areas.
