Cabinet
is made of galvanized steel sheet. The cabinet is internally coated with a layer of soundproofing material (7 mm). The enclosure has circular spigots with single-edge seals for connecting flexible hoses or circular pipes.
Running wheel
is radial with forward curved blades, single-sided suction. The impeller is directly pressed onto the outer rotor of the asynchronous motor.
Motor
is an asynchronous motor with a resistive armature and outer rotor, mounted in an air stream. The motor has lifetime grease-filled ball bearings and a built-in thermal overheat protector. Motor insulation is class B, IP44.
Square box
It is made of black plastic as standard, is loosely connected to the motor supply cable and can be screwed to an easily accessible location on the cabinet with self-tapping screws. Cable length approx. 0.5 m, IP55 protection.
Speed control
is carried out by electronic or transformer regulators.
Mounting
the fan is possible in any position of the motor axis. The housing is provided with mounting brackets. Due to the design of the fan, it is important to remember to allow sufficient space for the removal of the inspection cover when mounting the fan. The housing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the pipework. A flexible connection to the ductwork must be used.
Instructions
The fans are suitable for air handling applications where the low noise level of the fan is advantageous. The very low building height of the fan casing is an advantage.
