Cabinet

It is made of galvanized sheet metal, painted in RAL 9010 (white). Other colours and stainless steel on request. The exhaust section is thermally and noise insulated and is finished with an adjustable aluminium louvre in RAL 9005. The water heater screens include an inlet filter.

Fans

Direct drive radial fans are used. Single-phase asynchronous motors with thermocouples are provided for control by changing the voltage. IP22 protection, EC motors also available on request.

Regulation

is carried out with the DR-CP4 controller, to which only 1 aperture can be connected. The controller is designed for AC motors and allows the connection of a door contact and a room thermostat. Alternatively, the DR-CPhr touch panel controller is available, which is designed for AC and EC motors, allows manual control as well as control from higher-level systems (Modbus, BMS) and is equipped with additional functions (time clock, frost protection, door contact, curtain chaining, etc.).

Frost protection

Supplied screens are circulation screens with air intake from the room and are therefore not equipped with frost protection.

Heater

is electric or water, also without heater on request. The water heaters are equipped with drainage and automatic vent valves as standard. A built-in thermoelectric valve is fitted to regulate the temperature of the blowing air. EU3 quality filters are fitted as standard.

Electrical connection

Cable glands are located at the bottom of the cabinet, also at the top on request.

Mounting

Clones can be mounted on the floor using the reinforced integrated anchor plate ensuring very good stability. The recommended door widths are 2 and 2.5 m, where the screen can be selected in right or left-hand version (depending on the interior view). The recommended door height is 2.2 and 2.5 m. For larger door widths it is advisable to use a double-sided door screen. The heat exchanger connection is located at the bottom of the cabinet, on request also at the top. The screen has a revision door and an opening grille for easy maintenance.
