Cabinet
It is made of galvanized steel sheet, the cabinet is equipped with flanges for fixing to the square pipe. There is a revision cover on the casing, which, when removed, gives access to the motor and impeller.
Circulating wheel
is radial with backward curved blades, made of aluminium sheet. It is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor
is asynchronous with short armature and external rotor. The motors are fitted with a thermal fuse as standard and the windings are in a moisture-proof finish with Class F insulation and operating temperature according to type. The ball bearings are grease filled for life. Protection IP54, type IRB/4-315 A protection IP44.
Clamps
is made of black plastic as standard, is loosely connected to the motor supply cable and can be fixed with self-tapping screws to an easily accessible location on the cabinet.
Speed control
is carried out by electronic or transformer regulators by changing the voltage. We recommend that IRTs are preferably regulated by frequency converters.
Mounting
in each position of the fan, preferably with the axis of the motor vertical, with regard to the revision work and the possibility of removing the revision cover.
Rotation direction
is indicated by an arrow stuck on the casing. The direction of rotation must be checked after commissioning, if the direction of rotation is reversed, the phase sequence must be changed (3f. design).
Noise
emitted by the fan is given in the tables for the four performance curves.
Instructions
The fans are suitable for general air handling applications where the low mounting height of the fan is advantageous. The fans are suitable for ventilation of warehouses, restaurants, hospitals and sports halls due to their IP44/IP54 protection and higher operating temperature. They can be preferably used in combination with heat recovery heat exchangers.
