Cabinet
The cabinet is made of impact-resistant plastic, the colour is grey. The fan is equipped with an oscillating front plastic grille. The grille has angled blades and during operation rotates around its axis in the full 360° range, thus changing the direction of the airflow, the rotation of the grille can be switched off. Controls are located on the fan housing. There is a protective grille at the rear of the fan. The protection against the intrusion of objects through the front grille complies with EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-80.
Running wheel
The impeller is axial, made of impact-resistant plastic, SICKLE shape (specially optimised for performance and noise).
Motor
The motor is asynchronous with auxiliary phase. The motor has plain bearings. Design with double insulation and thermal protection in the motor winding.
Flow direction
The flow direction is from the motor to the impeller.
Electric connection
The electrical connection is a moving lead with a mains plug. The cable length is 1.6 m.
Speed control
Fan speed control is done by two rotary switches located on the cabinet. The first switch allows switching on/off and then setting the run time up to a maximum of 120 minutes. The second switch is used to adjust the speed in three stages. The front grille rotation is switched on at the grille.
Mounting
Mounting is done by placing on a solid base or using screws on a vertical wall. The stand is connected to the cabinet by an adjustable joint that allows adjustment in 5 positions from 0 to 90˚. In addition, it is possible to direct the airflow using a rotating grille.
Instructions
The fan is suitable for ventilating living rooms, offices, banks, restaurants, workshops, shops, etc. METEOR NT can also be used for wall mounting to mix air in high rooms and to reduce the temperature difference between floor and ceiling. This can achieve spatial temperature equalisation, especially in the winter heating season, and thus significantly reduce energy consumption and heating costs. The fans comply with IEC 60879.
