Description

The NEO-V smoke dampers are designed for heat and smoke extraction systems from the fire affected section. The dampers are certified according to EN 12 101-8 and tested according to EN 1366-10. Classification is made according to EN 13501-3+A1:2010.

Use

The NEO-V dampers can be installed in smoke and heat extraction systems from multiple fire compartments (multi). They can be installed in a solid wall or ceiling, with or without downstream ducting. The fire resistance of the dampers is tested to EI 120 (vew how i<->o) S 1500 Pa C10000 AA multi. The jacket leakage corresponds to class C and the flapper leaf to class 4. Testing was carried out in accordance with EN 1751:2002.

Mounting

The NEO-V fire dampers are designed for square ducts from 100 × 200 mm to 1200 × 900 mm or 900 × 1200 mm (W × H). The damper is designed with an emphasis on minimum pressure drop and is suitable for installation in all common building structures. The damper can be installed with the mounting axis in both vertical and horizontal positions.

Information

The damper consists of:
- a square casing made of galvanized steel sheet, alternatively stainless or acid resistant steel
- a movable damper blade made of fire resistant material
- smoke and fire seals
- a control mechanism, alternatively an EMS module for remote control of the damper function
