The cabinet is made of galvanized steel sheet and is powder coated in grey-white combination. The internal construction is made of high quality EPS foam. On the top of the unit there are 4 throats with diameters according to the size of the unit. The AP190 unit also has one extra intake port on the underside of the cabinet. The right or left version is obtained by switching the switch on the front of the unit after removing the front cover.
Fans
The unit includes two radial fans with backward curved blades with efficient EC electric motors.
Motor
Motors are single phase EC low power, 230 V/50 Hz. IP21 protection.
Recuperation
Counterflow aluminium heat exchanger with up to 86% efficiency. APBS accessory available to serve as automatic bypass in summer months. Optionally, the unit can be equipped with a built-in air preheater (APHR) on the unit's intake, air quality sensors or a ServoFlow system for automatic airflow calibration.
Filter
The unit is equipped with G4 filters (ISO coarse 85%) for the fresh air intake and G4 filters (ISO coarse 85%) for the exhaust air intake. Optionally, a high efficiency F7 filter (ISO ePM2.5 75% or ePM1 50%) can be ordered for the intake. The unit is equipped with automatic filter clogging detection.
El. connection
The unit is designed for direct connection via mains plug into a wall socket. The power supply is single-phase 230V/50Hz.
Regulation
Speed control is 4-stage, programmable (10 weekly preset
programs or 2 individual adjustable ones). The touch control is located on the front of the unit. Wireless control or control by a higher-level system (BMS) is available as an option. By installing the iFLOW software (smartphone, laptop) the units can be controlled with a smartphone or tablet. The unit can be equipped with sensors to maintain the desired air quality (humidity, temperature, CO2, VOC).
Frost protection
The unit is equipped with frost protection.
Noise
Acoustic pressure is listed in the table of technical parameters.
Mounting
The unit is designed for vertical mounting indoors, on the wall or floor (steel back frame included). The unit must be mounted so as to provide sufficient space for opening the unit lid, changing filters, connecting the condensate drain to the waste with a siphon odour stop and for carrying out periodic wiring inspections.
