Cabinet
is moulded from galvanized steel sheet. Sizes 355 and 400 are made of steel sheet coated with black polyester lacquer. Sizes 100-315 are supplied with a mounting bracket as standard.
Running wheel
is radial with backward curved blades. The impeller is pressed onto the outer rotor of the motor and is plastic (sizes 100-250), sheet steel (size 315) or aluminium (sizes 355 and 400).
Motor
RM N fan motors are 1-phase for 230 V, RM N T are 3-phase for 230/400 V. The thermal fuse is located in the motor winding. The bearings are ball bearings with grease filling for life. Insulation class B, IP44 (sizes 100 to 250), insulation class F, IP44 (size 315), insulation class F, IP54 (sizes 355 and 400).
Square box
is made of black plastic and is located on the fan housing.
Speed control
is carried out by electronic or transformer regulators. The three-phase version can be controlled by frequency converters.
Mounting
fan in each position of the motor axis. The enclosure must not transmit mechanical stresses from the pipework, a flexible connection to the pipework is recommended.
Instructions
Fans are designed for ventilation of houses, social facilities, offices and premises. Conveniently, when installed in the soffit, flex-headers, fittings, junction boxes and plate valves can be used. The fans can be used in conjunction with a HIG 2 hygrostat or a hygrostat combined with a thermostat for ventilation of wet areas.
