Product description
Cabinet

The enclosures of the TD-160 to TD-800 fans are made of plastic, while the TD-1300 and TD-2000 models are made of sheet steel. The design allows the motor section to be removed without having to disconnect the ductwork.

Running wheel

The impeller is either plastic (TD-160 to TD-800) or aluminium (TD-1300 and TD-2000).

Motor

EC motor with thermal and electronic overload protection. Bearings are ball bearings with grease packing for life. Protection class II (TD-1300, TD-2000 protection class I), protection class IP44.

Screwdriver

The terminal block is located on the fan housing, where the fully integrated electronics are located.

Speed control

Motors are adjustable by a potentiometer located in the terminal box (except TD-160 Ecowatt) or by an external REB Ecowatt speed controller. The speed can also be controlled linearly by a 0-10 V DC signal.

Mounting

Fan mounting is possible in any fan position. The enclosure must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ductwork. A flexible connection to the ductwork must be used.

Instructions

Due to their very low profile, high efficiency and low noise, the fans are suitable for demanding applications where their very economical operation is also applicable. They are also suitable for DCV (demand controlled ventilation) applications.
