TD 800/200 Ex explosionproof fan

Cabinet

It is made of anti-static plastic (TD-800 Ex) or steel sheet with black polyester paint (TD-1100 Ex and TD-1200 Ex), the brackets and screws are also electroplated.

Running wheel

is statically and dynamically balanced, the operating temperature range is from -20 to +40 °C.

Motor

is asynchronous with short armature, stator with cooling fins. Grease-filled ball bearings for life. Protection IP44, insulation class B.

Speed control

Non-explosion fans are not designed for speed control.

Rotation direction

The standard airflow is from the impeller to the motor.

Clamps

In a non-explosion proof design, located on the fan housing including a non-explosion proof condenser. IP55 protection.

Mounting

fan in each position of the motor axis. The enclosure must not transmit mechanical stresses from the pipework. A flexible connection to the piping must be used.

Instructions

Attention, the fans are in a special design for CR. The values I_n, I_a/I_n (2) and t_e (60 s) indicated on the fan label are decisive for the fitting of the safety devices and thus the safe operation of the fan. These values must be checked carefully after delivery of the fan.
