Cabinet
The cabinet is made of hardened plastic. The enclosure consists of a mounting rail with two throats, fitted with gaskets, and a motor which is connected to the throats with quick-release clips. The design allows the motor section to be removed without the need to disconnect the pipe.
Running wheel
The impeller is made of plastic, the optimized design increases performance and reduces noise.
Motor
EC motor with thermal overload protection. Bearings are ball bearings with grease packing for life. Insulation class B, IP44 protection. Supply voltage 230 V - 50/60 Hz.
Clamps
The terminal block on the fan housing, is rotatable 360° for cable connection from any direction.
Speed control
Motors are adjustable by a potentiometer located in the terminal box or by an external REB Ecowatt speed controller. The speed can also be controlled linearly by a 0-10 VDC signal from a temperature, humidity or CO2 sensor.
Mounting
Fan mounting is possible in any fan position. The enclosure must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ductwork. A flexible connection to the ductwork is recommended.
Instructions
The fans are designed for ventilation of houses, social facilities, offices and premises. Conveniently, when installed in the soffit, flex-headers, fittings, junction boxes and plate valves can be used. The fans can be used in conjunction with the AIRSENS-RH intelligent sensor or with a hygrostat combined with a thermostat to ventilate wet areas.
