Product description
Cabinet

is welded from corrosion-resistant steel sheet with hot-dip galvanized surface, with flanges for connection to the circular pipe. The fan is certified according to EN 12 101-3 as suitable for heat and smoke extraction.

Running wheel

is made of Al alloy and is statically and dynamically balanced. From size 710 with steel hub. The impeller blade angle adjustment is made by the manufacturer, possible angles of rotation are indicated in the performance characteristics.

Motor

is asynchronous with short armature. Supply voltage 230/400 V/50 Hz up to 3 kW and 400 V/50 Hz for higher outputs and two-speed motors. Operating temperature for ventilation up to 40 °C, in case of fire according to classification F400(120), on request F300 / F200 (120). Motor protection IP55, insulation class H. Efficiency class IE3.

Clamps

Internal as standard for short enclosure, external for long enclosure. External terminal block for short enclosure and service door for long enclosure available on request.

Speed control

Fan control is not possible in the case of smoke and heat extraction. In operation ventilation mode, regulation is possible by frequency converter. Please observe the data on the electric motor label.

Flow direction

is standard from impeller to motor (i.e. direction B, from motor to impeller is direction A).

Instructions

The fans are suitable for air handling applications and are preferably used where high flow rates are required from the fans and where the fan function for heat and smoke removal is also a requirement.
