TTC40F controller

Information

The TTC40F proportional controller is designed for controlling MBE and IBE 3-phase electric heaters up to 27 kW. TTC40F can be controlled by temperature sensors or 0-10 V signal, TTC40FX only by 0-10 V signal. In conjunction with the TT-S4/D adapter, it is designed for control up to 67 kW.
An external temperature sensing sensor, such as the TGBK 330 channel sensor or the TGBR 430 and TGBR 530 room sensors, must be connected to the controller. It is also possible to connect an additional sensor for temperature limiting (min/max, only TTC40F).

TT-S4/D is a module extending the capacity of the TTC40F by 4 outputs for controlling up to 4 heater sections (4 outputs for switching 4 contactors that physically switch the heater section). Control can be sequential or binary. DIN rail installation in the control cabinet. Protection IP20.

WARNING!
The heater must have a safety and working thermostat connected. The load in each phase must be uniform.
