
Cabinet
is welded from steel sheet, with flanges for connecting circular pipes, coated with black polyester varnish. The brackets and bolts are electroplated.
Running wheels
the wheels are made of Al alloy, the wheels are statically and dynamically balanced, the operating temperature range is from -40 to +70 ˚C. The rotation of the blades is fixed and cannot be changed. The impellers are in counter-rotating design, the impellers are specially optimized for this fan and cannot be replaced by conventional impellers from TCB fans.
Motors
are asynchronous with short armature. TCBBx2 fan motors are 1-phase for 230 V, TCBTx2 are 3-phase for 230/400 V. The motors are equipped with a thermal fuse as standard, the windings are insulated to class F. Operating temperature -40 ˚C to +70 ˚C. Grease-filled ball bearings for life. IP65 protection.
Square box
is located on the fan housing and contains the outlets from both motors.
Speed control
is performed by transformer regulators by changing the voltage or frequency converters.
Flow direction
is always in the direction of the arrow on the fan housing, the flow direction cannot be changed.
Noise
emitted by the fan is tabulated, measurements are taken at a distance equal to three times the impeller diameter (but at least 1.5 m) in the free acoustic field.
Mounting
of the fans at each position of the motor axis.

Fans are suitable for piping systems in industrial and special applications with high pressure drop and where a very compact fan shape is applicable.
