Cabinet
is designed for horizontal air exhaust. The fan base is made of galvanized steel sheet, the brackets, grille and screws are also electroplated. The fan shroud and casing are made of Al sheet metal. The fan motor is mounted in the air stream. Protective grille against contact.
Running wheel
is radial with backward curved blades. It is made of galvanized steel sheet, is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor
is a DC, special EC, with an external rotor for 230 V/50 Hz (CRHB) or 400 V/50 Hz (CRHT) supply. Permanent operating temperature -20 to +40 °C. Grease-filled ball bearings for life. Protection rating IP44 (CRHB) or IP54 (CRHT).
Rotation direction
is only possible in one direction, in the sense of the arrow on the fan housing. The fan control does not allow changing the direction of rotation.
Fan box
with a revision switch is located on the fan housing. The internal terminal block has connection terminals for speed control, sensor-controlled control and for setting and reading post-running values. The protection rating is IP55.
Speed control
The fan can be operated in 4 basic modes switchable by setting the switches on the control unit board. The first mode maintains a constant duct pressure based on an integrated sensor. The other modes allow continuous automatic control to constant air flow, proportional mode or ventilation mode with 2 switchable min/max operating characteristics. The control unit allows connection of signals from external devices (CO2, temperature and relative humidity sensors), external
pressure sensor with transducer and 0-10 V or 4-20 mA output. The control allows control via Modbus-RTU. The SPCM-WS Ecowatt Plus module allows you to connect your phone to WiFi and easily set up the fan using the web app. The module is not included.
Options
CRHB/T-N1 Ecowatt Plus - the system is based on the use of modern elements for DCV systems (demand controlled ventilation). These are fans with microprocessor control, built-in differential pressure sensor, EC motor (electronically commutated), electrically controlled exhaust plate valves, CO2 sensors, relative humidity sensors, programmable time switches for controlling exhaust plate valves.
CRHB/T-N Ecowatt - A simpler fan design with EC motor, the fan does not include a constant pressure or flow control module. The fan is controlled only by a 0-10 V control voltage.
Noise
emitted by the fan is listed in the tables. The values are measured at a distance of 4 m on the discharge side in the horizontal direction.
