Cabinet

The radial fan housing is cast in Al alloy, coated with grey epoxy paint).

Iris wheel

is radial, cast in Al alloy.

Motor

is asynchronous with short armature, grease-filled ball bearings for life. Motor out of air stream. Protection IP55, insulation class F (models CSB, CST and CBT-40 protection IP44, insulation class B).

Speed control

Inquire about the possibility and conditions of use of VFVN frequency converters.

Clamping box

is located on the motor.

Mounting

is carried out on the mounting base. All types (except CSB and CST) can be rotated by 45° to achieve the desired discharge direction. At the same time, it is possible to mount the motor on both the right and the left without having to change the direction of the discharge port.

Instructions

The fans are suitable by their design for very long ducts in various process and air handling applications. They are not suitable for the extraction of wood dust and grit, or other flammable or explosive mixtures.

Caution

Alternatively, motors are supplied with a thermal fuse in the winding. In this case, the wiring diagram supplied with the fan in the documentation must be used. The thermal fuse must always be plugged in, otherwise the motor is not eligible for warranty repair.
