CTVT/4-712 HP INS IP55 centrifugal smoke extract fan

Cabinet

is designed for vertical air discharge. The fan base is made of galvanized steel sheet, the brackets, grille and screws are also electroplated. The fan housing is made of Al sheet metal. The special, noise-insulated version (INS) includes an integrated silencer located on the discharge.

Iris wheel

The fan is radial with backward curved blades. It is made of galvanized steel sheet and is statically and dynamically balanced.

Motor

is asynchronous with shorted resistance armature, stator with cooling fins, black epoxy lacquer finish. The windings are tropicalised with class F insulation and a permanent operating temperature of up to +120˚C. Grease-filled ball bearings for life. IP55 protection. With PTC thermistor as standard.

Clamps

With a revision switch located on the fan housing. The protection is IP55.

Speed control

is carried out exclusively by frequency converters (PTC thermistor required). No regulation in heat and smoke extraction mode.

Rotation direction

is only possible in one direction, as indicated by the arrow on the fan housing. The opposite direction of rotation may cause motor overload, and the fan will also experience increased noise.

Mounting

The fan is mounted horizontally using the accessories (with the motor axis vertical).

Noise

The sound pressure indicated in the table and in the performance characteristics radiated to the surroundings is measured at a distance of 3 m.

When the fan is running in heat and smoke extraction mode, the PTC thermistors must be bridged.
