IT 125 universal plastic air valve

Universal plastic plate valves for supply and exhaust air have an easily adjustable center element for flow control and, in supply mode, airflow shape. The plate valve is provided with sealing tape for sealing in the mounting ring. The plastic valves can be cleaned with weak solutions of non-aggressive detergents. IT valves are made of polypropylene, colour white in RAL 9010.

Installation

The valves are inserted by flat springs into the mounting ring, which allows the valve to be fixed in the ceiling structure or in the wall. A plate valve is inserted from one side of the ring, a flexible flex head is inserted from the other side and the joint is secured with steel or nylon clamping tape.

Measuring and control

The air flow is controlled by rotating the centre disc to vary the valve opening. Air flow measurement is carried out by standard methods. For more details, see the diagrams.
