Cabinet
- it is made of galvanized sheet metal without insulation as standard
- the cabinet includes a terminal block and an electronic control unit with two temperature sensors
- designed for EHR 140, 280, 300, 325 and 480 units, DOMEO 210 and others
- the heating rods are made of stainless steel
- equipped with a safety grille at the inlet and outlet
El. connection
- 2 thermostats, operating thermostat 45 °C and safety thermostat 70 °C, safety fuse 110 °C non-reversible
- NTC temperature sensor to set the operating value according to the inlet temperature, adjustable by internal potentiometer 0-20 °C
- NTC temperature sensor to set the outlet temperature, adjustable by an internal potentiometer 0-30 °C
- safety thermostat button is accessible inside the terminal block, on request it can be placed on the cabinet lid
- the heater must be positioned to ensure free access for service and maintenance
- IP42 protection
Regulation
- the controller is powered directly from the mains 230 VAC / 50 Hz
- the output temperature is continuously controllable 0-100%, internally adjustable by potentiometer 0-30 °C
- the controller allows connection of an external channel sensor (electrical insulation class II.), which senses the current air temperature behind the heater or recuperator
- it is possible to block the heater when the input temperature reaches the set value of 0-20 °C
- it is possible to block the heater by connecting an external air flow sensor, pressure sensor, room thermostat, etc.
Accessories
- TGCU-3-IZ - external output for temperature sensor - electrical insulation class II
Important
A minimum of 0.5 m of steel piping must be installed before and after the heater to prevent contact with combustible parts. The use of an air flow sensor or pressure sensor is required to block the heater if the flow rate or flow velocity falls below the permitted limit.
Information
The MBE AFP heater can be used very simply to reheat incoming fresh air. If setting the outlet temperature with an internal potentiometer is not sufficient, a room wall thermostat with an expansion contact can be used to lock out the heater when the room temperature is reached. If the room temperature drops, the thermostat will unlock the heater operation.
