Cabinet
is made of durable high density EPP. The front metal panel is powder coated white. The connection rounds have a Ø of 125 mm (NASHIRA 150) or 160 mm (NASHIRA 200) with the possibility of turning them to the sides of the unit. The nozzles are fitted with a double-edged seal. Revision access is from the underside of the unit.
Fans
Radial fans with backward curved blades are fitted on the discharge and intake.
Motors
are single-phase EC 230 V/50 Hz.
Recuperation
The counter-current plate heat exchanger is made of aluminium, efficiency up to 94%. The NASHIRA E has a countercurrent enthalpy exchanger with a temperature efficiency of up to 90%, moisture transfer up to 78%. The exchanger is accessible by removing the front wall of the unit. For summer operation, the unit is equipped with an exchanger bypass.
Filter
The standard filter for fresh and exhaust air intake is G4 (ISO coarse 65%). M5, F7, F9, CA (activated carbon filter) filters can be supplied as accessories for fresh air intake.
Regulation
The unit is equipped with 4 temperature sensors and one relative humidity sensor, based on which the unit can operate in autonomous mode without the need for user intervention. The remote control allows setting the fan speed, manual control of the by-pass, activation of automatic operation and filter clogging signalling. A wireless control kit can be supplied as an accessory. Further settings of the unit are made using the DIP switches and potentiometers on the controller board after removing the front cover. The unit can also be controlled via a mobile or web app (Connectair platform), via Modbus or via an external 0-10V signal. The unit has a contact on the board to activate the BOOST function. BOOST parameters can be set via Modbus.
Electrical connection
There is a three-core 230 V / 50 Hz power cable leading from the unit, which is not terminated with a fork (connection to the box). Installation The unit is designed for horizontal installation under the ceiling indoors. The required ambient temperature is at least 12 °C. The unit must be mounted in such a way as to provide sufficient space for removing the unit face, changing filters, connecting the condensate drain to the waste with a siphon odour stop and for carrying out periodic wiring inspections. If the unit is mounted above the ceiling, an inspection opening for the operator is required.
Noise
The tables show the sound power level at the throat and casing.
Instructions
The unit is not equipped with its own heater. If you require supply air reheating, you can use our MBE and MBW duct heaters with the appropriate controls. Units with an enthalpy exchanger can be operated without condensate drainage under the prescribed conditions (outdoor environment T<-4 °C, indoor environment T<22 °C, r.v.<60%).
Information
Small unit designed for residential construction or single family houses. It is characterized by easy installation, minimal control and maintenance requirements and very economical operation.
