Cabinet
is of self-supporting construction and is made of 22 mm thick panels with polyurethane foam insulation. The cabinet and internal parts are made of a special material ALUZINC, which is highly corrosion resistant and has an attractive appearance. Inlet and outlet ports with a diameter of 150 mm for pipe connections. The inspection access is hinged and located on the top of the cabinet.
Fans
On the discharge and intake sides, the ventilation unit is equipped with radial fans with EC motors and backward curved blades.
Motors
are single-phase EC with low power consumption, 230 V/50 Hz. IP44, insulation class B.
Recuperation
Counter-current aluminium heat exchanger with up to 89% efficiency. The exchanger is accessible by opening the inspection cover of the unit. The unit is equipped with an automatic bypass of the heat exchanger.
Filter
The unit is equipped with two plate filters with pressure switches: F7 (ISO ePM1 70%) for fresh air intake and G4 (ISO ePM10 50%) for exhaust air intake.
Electrical connection
The connection terminal block is mounted on the side of the unit.
Mounting
The unit is designed to be mounted indoors - under the ceiling, on the floor or on the wall. If wall mounted, the fresh air outlet must be located on the top of the unit. The required ambient temperature is between 0° and 45°C. The unit shall be mounted so as to provide sufficient space for opening the unit lid, changing filters, connecting the condensate drain to the waste with a siphon odour stop and for periodic wiring inspections.
Regulation
The unit is supplied with a control system which is available in versions.
- CTR08-PH - 3 levels of speed setting and the possibility of switching off the unit. Automatic control of the exchanger bypass. Optional frost protection. Filter clogging indication.
- EVO-PH colour backlit touch screen for programming the unit and monitoring instant status. Weekly programming. Can be controlled by external air quality sensors. Filter clogging indication. Error messages. Optional COP (Constant Pressure) or CAV (Constant Flow) control.
- EVOD-PH-IP same features as EVO-PH with the added option of MODBUS communication protocol with ETHERNET connection. Optional RS485 connection is also available. It allows the unit to be controlled by a higher-level system, in which case interaction with the unit is possible via a web browser.

Instructions
On request, the unit can be supplemented with an external (piped) water or electric heater or a water cooler (special equipment). This option must be consulted before ordering. Due to the high efficiency of the heat exchanger, reheating is usually not necessary. In areas where temperatures are often below -5 °C, it is recommended to install a hot-water heat exchanger or an electric air preheater of adequate capacity for fresh air intake. After basic set-up by the installer, the unit requires no further adjustment. Demands on the user are minimal. Filter replacement is recommended at least once a year.
